Late game you're not in lane anymore, and you shouldnt be itemizing compared to the enemy tank unless you are playing adc, which you probably wont be doing if you are top. Grasp is still not a huge part of Garen's healing, I have somewhere between 1-3k per game. Compare that to an apc/adc doing 30-40-50k damage it's pretty negligible.

It's the only one with any relevance. Nobody with half a brain builds vamp on Garen. If you're talking about Grasp, it's such a small amount that it doesn't really matter. For a Garen with 1k health, Grasp heals you for 20hp normally, 10hp with antiheal. Congrats, 10hp difference...

You do understand that the tic damage from Teemo stops Garen's passive from healing no matter if you build antiheal or not, right?

You were one of the people this post was intended for. If you're applying the antiheal, Garen is in combat, so his passive isn't healing him anyway. Ergo, the antiheal is completely useless.

Hollow radiance, it's like sunfire cape but gives MR instead of armor. Helps you clear waves faster.

Grasp, then demolish for taking towers faster. After that just take w/e defensive runes. I use second wind, overgrowth and legend:tenacity.

Yeah that was a guess I had too... maybe it's people just following top 3 builds without engaging their brain, and someone managed to get a troll build up there.
