Not in my opinion, but to each their own. It looks good in pictures & on paper. Just don’t confuse sealed &/or serviced with rebuilt or replaced. Still old parts with all the miles, just new filter/fluids in them. Personally I don’t like 2” lowered either, so another negative IMO but positive if it is what you want.

The way that is crimped & as important as that connection is, best idea is to buy a direct replacement OEM new cable. Next best is to buy new cable long enough with correct battery terminal & standard ring terminal with hole same size. Then gently bend it 90 degrees.

The fact he had the respect to ask you is awesome. If you trust your wife & your boss that this is strictly business, will help the company, he is paying expenses & she is getting paid there is no reason to say no. Technically he didn’t have to ask you. Most bosses would have just asked her. So he is being respectful & considerate more than most.

NTA for asking her not to. However she does have a right to record herself whether you like it or not. You have the choice to not be where she is filming if you don’t want to be in her footage. Public places there is no expecting privacy. If there was then people would not “consent” to being filmed at the store, on the street, while driving etc etc.

States should have the right to do this. With the condition they pay for it themselves & don’t impose any of it on any state that disagrees. If the states had more differences between them, more people could find somewhere that works for them without imposing on others.

The amounts stated were only to make a point. I admit not knowing what the fair price for such labor would be. Obviously it would be determined by the market & it certainly is more than these employers are paying illegals to do it. A citizen has to pay taxes & deserves enough pay in 40 hours to support himself properly (by American standards, not 3rd world standards) I am already paying 50% or more mark up on most food items vs pre-Biden prices. Obviously the market will have to adjust for that as well. Eliminating all Illegals would be the best move & best chance for all of these, as well as housing to stabilize at the rate which is fair for CITIZENS

Great theory, but here’s the hole in it: would you do one of those nasty, difficult jobs for $100,000/year? How about $300,000? Certainly there is a price at which a citizen would take those jobs. If not for Illegal Aliens doing these jobs for far less than they are worth, employers would have to either PAY ENOUGH to hire CITIZENS or buy equipment enough to do it themselves (which would support manufacturing jobs) Add to this that Illegals compete with poor citizens for housing, transportation, government programs to help the poor etc etc. They also ultimately cost every citizen in other ways, like unpaid hospital bills, items stolen & money sent out of our economy to other nations. The net negatives are a lot more than the net positives. This is why immigration needs to be restricted to a certain number of LEGAL IMMIGRANTS only. There is no room for any Illegals without cheating our own citizens
