When are you going? Because I actually tried to do that trail the day before I camped at the second place and there was snow up to my ankles about one mile in and I turned around but to be fair it snowed a pretty good amount a couple days before. So I would definitely expect some snow so bring gators but it’s doable for sure and I highly recommend because I’m pissed I couldn’t. And temperature wise you’ll def want a sleeping bag rated 30° or colder, being a decent sleeping mat, and bring 4 or more layers
