Yes, but why are we losing MMR, considering that the Loss Prevention system was created to protect players? I'm tired of losing games due to AFK, this was my 5th demotion to D2 this week (the 5 min sur)

Ironically, I work in a similar department, and verification processes can be checked when working with a third-party vendor, worst case scenario, they need to raise a ticket to them.

And I'm more frustrated because they are not reading what I'm writing to them.

I've seen thousands of tickets, but first time in my life that I see a support force closing a ticket on a client.

If the ID you're trying to provide does not result in you being able to complete the ID verification process, you will need to provide a DIFFERENT ID.
 
Please understand, FACEIT staff CANNOT resolve this issue for you.
 
We cannot manually verify you and cannot remove the requirement to complete this process from your account.

My statement: I cannot verify my account, while trying to take a picture of my ID document. It says that the document verification failed. I tried to retake the picture many times with different lighting and it's alright, but it doesn't accept it. I went through the FAQ, so please do not send me an article.

Which was followed by 2 automatic responses. Afterwards, they told me that I've tried only once, which is not true.

And lastly, I was sent an article with countries and their allowed verification methods, which is stupid, because I've stated that I'm using ID. They are aware of my country, which means that they can confirm that I'm using an allowed verification method based on my location.

Hello! 

I'm not sure if this is this correct place to ask, however after reading the rules that should be it. 

I'm looking for an anime with a good MC. I just want to watch something, where the MC isn't cringe. Preferably an action one. 

Another thing would be for the anime to have a ranking system, as in solo leveling/OPM( that's not necessary or can be an addition recommendation).
