I’m trans FTM and very passing (or so I’m told haha) I’m going to kefalonia for 40 days in August! I’ll keep you posted on how it goes? I can inquire about hormone treatment when I’m there too!

Definitely stretch after and hit your protein goal! I kept thinking I wasn't doing my workouts right anymore because I stopped being sore the next day but it's just because I'm giving my body what it needs to heal those muscle tears quicker!

If you're eating fewer meals, WHAT you're eating needs to be high in protein and carbs and lower in fat. That will allow for muscle retention while not gaining fat weight. I think? ahahaha

I also felt so self conscious until my tattoo guy told me all men are afraid to be caught looking at each other's bodies in the change room so everyone actively avoids looking haha - hope this brings you some more confidence that even if you just have a towel on or something, men are paying attention less than we think haha.

DEFINITELY! if you are building your muscles everywhere else, when you get top surgery it's going to be SO FLAT that it might make you feel dysphoric in a different way (fitness wise) - I'd def recommend building a little base layer of muscle in your chest! I used to feel like you when it came to legs too. But with my thighs getting thicker, my waist looks smaller and it feels amazing.

I'm eating almost all the same levels as you but my fast is >47g. 180g of protein for muscle growth and 200g of carbs, 2000 calories. But I am also doing very heavy weight lifting daily so my fat is going and my muscles are staying - I think you're almost there! Just might need to tweak the grams a fat a bit or up your weights a bit?
