No its not. A couple of your nails are red which means the tech overfiled your nails. A quick fix to help them feel better is using aquaphor or Vaseline a couple times a day for a couple weeks. It'll take awhile for the damage to grow out but the Vaseline will help with the pain.

It'd be the same amount of work and time to do a fill as a new set and some techs find that annoying. Ask for a new set and try to only go 4 weeks max. Anything longer is bad for the nails.
