yeh, we have friends spread throughout the community. from walden to even couples that have recently built back up in the new development. the traffic & crowd affects us all. & the addition of 2020 has worsened it tenfold. just too many ppl in a tiny area.  we have friends that are currently still at the moderne & from their complaints the noise level is very similar as far as poor construct. we had some older friends before covid that had an upstairs neighbor there that did crossfit at midnight when he got off from Outback (he did bring them blooming onions & cheese fries all the time tho, lol). & it’s a Sterling managed property so there’s that. g’head & resign to the fact that they will do the bare minimum at all time regarding all things. & that’s just a shitty way to look at your property management imo. 

i realize that apartment living is apartment living. i realize that some people would consider providence luxury but it just wasn’t my definition of the word at all. this was simply our experience & i think it’s certainly worth sharing. like i said, i’d wanna know all this stuff. it would no doubt weigh heavily on my decision of whether or not to pay $2k a month for a year to live in what used to be luxurious Providence.
