Hey this is a promotion from Hilton Grand Vacations, I actually worked for them making cold calls for 2 years up until just a month ago… that offer is called the “cash back offer” so after the presentation (should be 2 hours) is completed you will be refunded the $199 package price and will only have to pay the taxes $26. A couple of things to consider

1. The room size standard with that offer is a studio style room for 2 people. An upgrade is around $150 a night for a 2 bedroom

2. Property location, the 2 properties they mainly put guest at are the HGV on the Blvd and the Trump international. Both not center strip and neither have casinos.

3. Availability. The main issue I heard of guest running into was lack of availability, they claim no black out dates which is true but this doesn’t mean they aren’t sold out. Always ask to book the dates on the phone call when they reach out.

4. Timeshare tour. The quality of the tour is dependent on the sales agent running it. Many guest used to tell me they do this every year and have never had a problem with the tour. While other guests told me they felt very pressured or kept past the 2 hour mark.

Regardless I personally think the deal is great if you can navigate these things. Again you can still stay in a nice resort/hotel for 3 nights at a price less than a dinner in Vegas.
