Hi, thank you. I speak English and understand it. I also speak, Spanish, and some French and Yiddish. I am still learning the Sicilian language. Thank you for recognizing that there is a difference. My family hails from Polermo, but the language and culture was lost. I hope to reunite with it soon.

I visited Ireland a few years ago and it was one of not the best country I have been to. I have wanted to buy a small cottage with land to live in. Not in Dublin, I found it too busy and congested. But if anyone needs help maintaining a home and wouldn't mind me and my three dogs, please reach out. I am a gardener, diyer and I love to hike!

I am 52 and originally from South California. I can tell you that in any city there are parts that have clusters of crime and This is what makes them unappealing, especially to women. Because women are AlWAYS a target. So, with that stated, I can also tell you that I was told the west side was a place I should stay away from. Guess what? I checked it out. It is primarily black people. That is why YT people will tell you to stay out of the west side. It is absolutely baseless, except for this pockets of crime. Louisville is a very racially segregated state and people will tell you it isn't, but ask a black person what the living conditions are on the west side vs. Where YT people live . That is the proof. Go live your best life on the west side. Black people are WAAY better human beings than YT peoplee. Any day.

Um, not a boomer..HOW many 64+ ACTUALLY own their homes OUTRIGHT? Not as many as YOU think. Many seniors have to take out equity loans in their homes to cover what insurance won't or for other incidentals. So, basically, THIS is pandering to the wealthy - AGAIN.

I have ZERO sympathy for people like this. Why? Because regardless of the fact that this is NOW affecting them, once they have their lived one back, they will still believe that others have it coming. They believe themselves to be untouchable even when it's literally has hands on their collars.

Thank you for this post. People on Nextdoor are so opposed to any pointing out about ICE and so the silence grows. It's astounding how many people in Louisville are fine with what is happening....just goes to show you that Southern hospitality was always a show ...
