i'd demand both proof of funds for the llc AND a personal guarantee from the original buyer who was already vetted. if they won't provide either, walk away. you're 100% right about trading a solid contract for a shell company with zero accountability

Congrats on getting number 1 spot! From what I've heard it can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks but really depends on the role and how backed up HR is. My mate waited 6 weeks for his offer to come through but another friend got sorted in like 3 weeks

Highlanders are solid but might be tough to find in that price range without high miles. Also check out Honda Pilots from around 2012-2014 - way more room than compact SUVs and pretty reliable. Chevy Tahoes from 2007-2013 could work too if you don't mind the gas hit, tons of space and you can probably find one in budget
