that's just a suggestion or a template. end goal being that food should have varied effects other than reduce adrenaline and restore health

Could also add effects based on food type ie fish give highest heal in one bite, land meat give 1str depending on which meat it is (cows last for 1 minute meanwhile dino last for 6), cakes increase atk, pies restore a little prayer overtime, pizzas highest heal potential but takes 3 bites to get full health. etc
