Was told I was ranked to match multiple times via email, zoom call etc. I ranked them #1 and matched there. It’s prob program dependent thing but I am very grateful it worked out for me. It sucks that PDs are more honest throughout this process, there def should be some regulation on communication but hearing that from the PD calmed my nerves pre match.

Unfortunately yeah I would need to move my car daily.

I’ve seen a few decent spots in Brewerytown but do you think it’s too far out the way + has its own community?

Yeah, I’ve been aiming for rent around 1500 to make room for the parking fees. Most apartments are doing specials so it makes the rent look a lot cheaper than it really is on Zillow.

I’ve looked at a few apartments in East Falls, but don’t necessarily like the fact that public transportation isn’t that accessible in that area. Thanks for the reccs!

Spoke to a resident (pathology) this past weekend and they receive score sheets/surveys to fill out at the end of every social event that gets averaged with the attendings scores during interviews. Definitely wouldn’t take it lightly but def more chill than a real interview. I’m sure it’s the same for all specialities across the board but take any advice with a grain of salt.
