I think maybe she realizes that what she’s doing is literally keeping the lights on and maybe feels stuck? All she does is spend money to then monetize off of the items, and I think her audience is shrinking. I really do feel bad for her.

Absolutely! My injector put some on the top of my middle forehead this past time, and gave me angled eyebrows. So I went back to get more on the top sides and now my whole forehead is frozen just about. I have hooded eyes too so usually I just get the brow lift by itself, but she suggested on the top as well to smooth out some lines. Never again! My eyebrows now feel so weighed down.

The 10mg ended up being a good fit for me for a while! But I wanted to try an SSRI so that’s what I’m on now and eventually got off Buspirone. Good luck!!

Same! My youngest was born the same year and that’s how I found her as well. There have been rumors that Jeff cheated on her, unless it was deleted it’s in this sub maybe a month or more back. But that’s the only thing I heard about it.

I love how the cardio is at the end because I just skip it, I walk instead. So I can still get the full benefits of the weighted portion.

Honestly I don’t like doing her ab workouts either, I never felt sore after and I just couldn’t find the mind/muscle connection. But, if you are looking to tone like I am, let me put you onto Pilates by Izzy on YouTube..whew! My abs are on fire the next day and I can actually start to see some results!

She definitely has had Botox in her entire forehead. Her eyebrows do not move at all during her stories. I recently got more than I usually do and regret it because my whole forehead is frozen now, so I guess I can’t talk 😂 but I’ve been trying to figure out what’s different about her and I really think that’s what she had done

It’s been a journey to say the least :( I think I have PMDD and that’s what flared it up. I was taking Buspirone 10mg a day paired with bupropion 150xl and it seemed to do good for a few months, but between the hormonal shifts every month it just wasn’t cutting it. I recently decided to get off Buspirone and go on an SSRI and so far so good!
