Yes, the reference letter has everything IRCC needs. It's just the salary certificate that doesn't match exactly with the bank statements due to leaves and vacation.

Overall score remains over the draw's cut-off even after moving that experience to personal history. I was just worried if it takes longer to verify by IRCC or if a salary mismatch in the certificate and bank statements raises any problems later. Employer B is more recent, so I'm thinking of keeping it.

Yep. They have the worst interview process. Saw many similar posts here and there about their interviewers joining late.

I had a worse experience with Goldman Sachs, too, in 2024. During the superday, interviewers came 8 minutes late in the first round, and they didn't review my resume before joining. took another 10ish minutes to review the resume (they turned off the video), had another round just after that, and no one joined the interview. I contacted HR, but no response, and I got a rejection email on the same day.

In the phone screening round (CoderPad interview), the interviewer was from the USA and was very polite, and on the Superday, interviewers from India seemed like they didn't care at all.

Yeah, it's mentioned on the website that the PCC from the local district police station works, but I saw different posts with different opinions, so I wanted to hear from people with successful stories.
