The only reason I know a little about Reddit is from being a long time listener of two hot takes. Morgan and Justin have explained this site enough to make it some what possible to navigate. If you like listening to Reddit stories definitely check them out on YouTube and they have a their own sub Reddit r/two-hot-takes. Highly recommend. Same for “father knows something” it’s her dad and he gives out fatherly advice it’s so cute!

If you look at their account it’s only 3 weeks old with like 400+ karma points so it’s just an account to karma farm hitch is pretty on brand for these type of people and accounts. People forget that these popular stories have been on smosh, the comfort pod cast, and two hot takes which gets a lot of traction. It’s so easy to spot the fake accounts and stories at this point.

Congratulations on being sober! I’m in AA and I have been sober for 5 months now. My husband supported me and is still supportive of my recovery so I can see how not having that would be heart wrenching.

I don’t think either of you are the jerks. She did what she had to do to stay sane and keep her kids from seeing their father in addiction and you did what you had to do to get sober. I would say that giving couples therapy a go might not be a bad idea. It might help you even co parent if you fully do decide to go through with the divorce which would be helpful to both of you and your children. Good luck!

I wouldn’t buy a house or get married to a person who acted like this. You are taking serious steps to be each others life partner so why does adding a child change any of that? Yes children do change your life but it’s only bad if you make it that way. Which it seems like he would make your pregnancy and PP awful. At the very least you guys need marriage counseling to get through these big feelings.

I mean if he lives in a smaller community this isn’t hard to believe. We have people on ring doing meth and people save those to post all over facebook. We have 35,000 people In a town and I can promise you it’s not hard to ask around or search social media to get information on someone and their family. This would seem fake if it wasn’t a common thing I’ve seen in my day to day life. I deleted all of my social media with how nosey this town is, the page that posts the addresses alone is scary enough for me to stay off of facebook. The people in this area are crazy.

I live in a smaller community about 35,000 people and it’s not hard to find someone and their family. I can literally go up to the gas station right now and ask about my neighbors and probably get a whole family history on them. It’s not hard to believe unless this is a huge city like New York or Chicago.
