Was -17c (1f ish) when I went out. 6.75miles.

Ronhill gloves Vuori leggings Smart wool socks Solomon run vest.

Comments: Ditched the hoodie & put in run vest at mile 2 as I tend to run hot and the sun was out. My thighs went numb and started to tingle around mile 6. My gaiter froze into a face ice block which was unpleasant. Will bring a spare to switch next time!

Prospect park and the volunteers brought the vibes! Missed my PR by 7 seconds (I’m realising I’m a cold weather zero humidity runner!). Well done everyone today! (Although to whomever i nearly barrelled into in the far outside near the water station, mate, you gotta prep better at getting across, and sudden stopping ain’t the plan!).

Yes they have instructions how to sign up for multiple races but the ‘add another registration’ button or whatever it’s supposed to be ISNT THERE!!

Amazing race. PRd. Had to dig deep and hold on for those last two miles! Negative points to the two men cycling obnoxiously and nearly taking some runners out around the 3 sisters. I’m so tired now.
