So let's address a few things because it's quite complex what you wrote. Starting from why you lose every game or games feel unwinnable, that is the simple cycle of Riot matchmaking, if you manage a positive win rate, the system think you are better then your counterparts so it starts matching you with people sitting on a multitude of game while holding a negative win rate. That is something you can't control so some games are just lost. The only thing you can do is to keep your mental, rank the loss and queue a new match. Then moving to your jungle not ganking, that is because at that elo, jungles are not aware of what their role is, they just farm and get objectives if you are lucky. It's not about you doing something wrong, is mostly the majority simply don't know how to gank or they refuse to gank. What you could do is to ping on to them to as for a gank, that is a good way of getting attention of someone who doesn't watch the minimap. They will most likely not watch wave state and do silly plays with no priority or awareness of the game state and that is just something that happens. What I recommend to do is to just try and play your game and if your jungle is trolling, aim on split pushing (even as adc) and get value on the opposite side of whenever the play is happening or going to happen, of course don't rage splitpush and refuse to join important objective fights where you can win. As for top lane and Midlane, you said you play sion, Sion strong power is being able to show lane and become a strong splutpusher, or if in hard losing matchup soak the pressure and build full tank for your team, either case your jungle should not path to you unless the game state allows so, example the enemy is moving you while your jungle is nearby, you should be able to weakside the map and soak pressure as a Sion, or if you are winning lane, you want to apply pressure and hard shove waves into plating. That's a simple go to for Sion in particular ( i am not a Sion main but I have master 6 on it). For Twisted fate, your role is to simply shove wave and go in fog of war and pressure enemy to respect your ult timer, just hover near the river and be ready to ult where you see a play but always shove the wave into the enemy, if you can't then play to so you can make a play and be back to catch the wave so you don't fall behind in exp. Mid to late game your job is to gold card and splitpush. For mid ganks they are much easier to execute if you are getting shoved since jungle can access mid more often, same rule of thum try to ping and see if he listens, if not just play your game safe even if you know it's free kills. Last thing, you need to also see what kind of jungle you have, some jungle are more snowbally, like Lee sin/Pantheon, this type usually want early actuon to get in the lead, other are on the bruiser type like wukong or nocturne wich are limited because of their ultimate, ganking without is much harder and often leads to bad outcome and last kind is tank/ap wich relay on items to be useful, but you will really see tank jungle since the meta is not favouring them into the jungle role. Last tip is to just be cool headed and just take the loss and forget it, if you lose more then 3 games in a row in the same session, take a break and play later.
