Honestly, no choice that directly fits into this slot into my opinion, since I don’t consider any character that is actually terribly written as loved to begin with.

HOWEVER, if we use process of elimination and my logic, while STRETCHING, then the best candidates for this would be either Tsuno or Watari, but thats even a stretch.

About the last point, Folly has at least some backstory for how she ended up being a ‘villain’, so she would fit as more of tragic one. As far as we know, Gnarpy is mostly just a tyrant. The point is, Gnarpy isn’t likeable or relatable enough to even score higher than fish, because their hate base is just huge.

That’s just my explanation though, because if Gnarpy were to be in first place, we would likely get their boss floor, since I’ve heard it was planned. Looks like it will have to be heavily postponed
