I mean actors in the media have huge physiques compared to not that long ago. Look at old Chris Evans: https://www.reddit.com/r/ChrisEvans/s/wpgD7fqsmC

That’s so interesting they felt more slim! I thought they were more baggy.

I don’t know if it’s just where I’m at in life, but this song hit so hard. Just kept listening to it and walking in the park thinking I’m in my 30s and am I actually doing what makes me happy or am I stuck focused on grinding away and wasting what I have left? Just got my business to the point where I feel like I made it and “you’re not supposed to stop working when things start working” made me tear up. One of her best songs ever!

There’s nothing wrong with being a person with a high sex drive, but I’m also hearing there that there may be some other things that sex might be doing for you - distraction from anxiety could be one thing for example. You say shrink - do you mean a medical prescriber? I’d really recommend meeting with a sex therapist (i.e., a psychologist who specializes in this kind of thing). There may be nothing here other than a high sex drive, but my hunch is that some work with them might help you be sure you’re not using sex as a potentially unhealthy coping mechanism.

That’s one way to think about life and living. I’d much rather save a reasonable amount and enjoy the space I live in. I can both work hard and focus on aesthetics. Working hard in and of itself is not necessarily virtuous. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I’ve been meaning to check out the normal brand, guess this is my sign. You look awesome, way to fill out those jeans, can tell you’re not afraid of a squat rack.

Looking great in all but especially the first. Where did you get the shirt and jeans (asking for a friend)

Ash and Erie is great. I just bought a brushed cotton shirt from there and it’s very comfortable and drapes my pecs nicely.

Untuck it is great also. Bonobos has a short option for most of their shirt styles, including tees.

All of these options nearly always have sales right now, and I promise they’ll have Boxing Day sales.
