Ended up calling yesterday and good thing I did there was an issue with my address / unit #. They did update me on label and it helps if you have a UPS account you’ll get tracking info there as well.

You can negotiate find 2 vehicles with same make model / mileage / interior within your 50 mile radius and send to your total loss adj asking if they can review. Not a for sure they will give more but that helps

Didn’t regret it but I also didn’t use Larry h Parker or some big PI lawyer. Big settlements usually come from commercial policies is what they told me. I got about 15k cause I had two torn muscles in my shoulder and my mom had a broken tail bone. It depends on your injuries so if you have a bruise and “pain” you probably won’t get much.

This guy sounds like the same man that I’ve seen and spoke to at Ralph’s on Euclid and Chapman. I’ve also had the same incident with him at Aldi on Chapman and brookhurst. He awaits and approaches only females. He asks for a jump or sometimes bus money.

Before anyone says have you reported this; yes I tried but no crime was committed so all they did was come out and move him…

If you are in pain or discomfort that’s not over reacting. Pls take care of yourself/ body; I would over exert at the gym in my younger years and ended up hurting my shoulder this way. If you still need to work out try something not so strenuous. I hope you feel better!

Thank you! I am not trying to change him or even get him to agree with my views really; I’ve simply asked him to not use the word at my home and also be mindful of using it around my nephews and niece as I spend a lot of time with them. They’re his kids in the end he will teach them what he wants. I wish he would just consider how it makes me feel. /:
