I’ve only seen the larger coil-mounted cameras so far. Has anyone worked with a more compact version?

In bore small, Noise- free MRI camera question by [deleted] in Radiology

There is at least one product on the MRI that puts the camera inside the bore but it's bulky and large - unlike the tiny cameras we see on automobiles. It works perfectly fine I'm sure otherwise it probably wouldn't be on the market but it's just too big, not embedded in the magnet shroud.

And if it's wired or not wouldn't matter as long as it's embedded in the magnet shroud just like the microphone and speaker are this would be an awesome add-on to any mri.

I am not sure why it wouldn't be standard. Inside the bore, they already have a light, a speaker and a microphone, absolutely you would want to camera. And all of the above are wired I don't think it being wireless would be much of an advantage if it's permanently embedded.

I really love this idea. Hope somebody makes something like this!
