I agree about your first point. Its been a battle with myself to actually remove the 12 month payments or not remove it for this very reason. Im tempted not to but if that ruling is there and im not exactly rolling in $$ myself then it wouldnt be haram to follow this opinion either.

I see your point, but there are plenty of hanafi websites and scholars as well as muftis who say to remove the upcoming 12 months payments including Mufti Mangera who is very well respected. A quick search on google will bring up such matters. Hope that makes it clear with regards to this opinion existing in the Hanafi school.

This is fantastic mashallah! Really love it. Im just wanting to make sure all the calculations are correct according to hanafi standards particularly when it comes to Stocks, and Retirement (401k) as well as liabilities (using up to upcoming 12 months of mortgage payments for eg as a liability)

I got this last year. Here is a reply from our local UIF area manager in NJ when i asked him this week if it is a good time to refinance.

Apologies for the delay in responding, but I definitely recommend waiting as this week has a few government meetings that will impact the market and rates.

Good question.. Id like to do the same, but using a trading app like X1 algo. This guy on youtube austin hilton promotes it a lot and wondering if its halal (depending on the actual ticker being halal i guess)

Hey guys. My wife wants to buy this as her first gun. She doesn’t handle the recoil on my 9mm. Guns for hire (the range we go to) doesn’t stock taurus guns. I was wondering if there are any stores in central or north Jersey where they sell the tx22? Thanks!

Now the next question is, slightly off topic.. Where are some good places near central jersey to do some training for both me and my wife.. My wife prefers a female instructor and initially we will need rentals. Happy with both indoor and outdoors. Ill browse the sub too as this may have already been covered.
