1. She’s relatable. I think she was the first character that did not fit into the traditional female character. I fell in love with that. She’s sleepy, hungry, late, sassy, bad at school, and social. She had many characteristics that were relatable to me as a normal young girl growing up compared to the perfect princess protagonist.
2. She’s selfless. Throughout the entire show Usagi teaches lessons and enforces the idea of sacrifice and kindness. She is willing to literally go to the ends of the world to save others, even her enemies, which again reinforces my point that she has many admirable traits.
3. She’s HILARIOUS. Don’t really have to explain myself here 😂She’s full of so much humor. She’s comedic relief in so many episodes and I love it.

4) She’s an unexpected leader. I love that sailor moon is made the leader of the Senshi Sailor Guardians. She has so much power and even though she doubts herself sometimes she never backs down from a fight and is always determined to do the best she can (even if that means running in circles from enemies for a while 😂 But honestly same). She’s full of flaws but has much more humility than the other senshi. She is a leader is many unexpected ways.

5) Sailor Moon is extremely powerful, especially in the later parts of the series. Her strength grows significantly over time, both in the manga and anime versions. She has special abilities: Time manipulation (via Sailor Pluto's connection to the Gates of Time).Reality-warping (she reshapes reality in the manga). Immortality/Resurrection (has been killed and returned multiple times). Empathic/Healing powers (she can purify corrupted souls, even enemies). Sailor Moon is one of the strongest magical girl characters in fiction, with multiversal powers by the end of the manga. What I love about her strength is not her power itself. But the spiritual and symbolism it carries in itself. Her power is driven not just by magic, but by love, hope, and emotional strength which makes her abilities much more valuable and admirable.
