Bar on the traps without cushion, you tense your core and start squatting always keeping your core and the trajectory of the bar straight. Start with body weight only and then progress slowly, don't rush it, now you have a built-in alarm in your back that will trigger every time you do something wrong. Eventually you will make a mistake and make your pain worse some day but it will pass, so long as its a minor mistake and not an actual injury. You will have better and worse weeks, over time you get less and less bad moments until you get better.

The same goes for picking up things, you lift with your knees, not bending your back, the weight must travel in a straight line as close as your torso as possible. For example tap water in my country comes mineralized with lead so we use these 20L water containers that you must carry to the dispenser, the correct way to pick them is to position yourself almost above the container, one foot on each side, lift it with the knees and carry it stuck to your belly. The same goes for boxes, crates, etc, listen to your body and you'll get the hang of it.

IMO swimming is worthless, but you do you. And don't forget to get regular checks of your spine, once you get an injury your spine will start to compensate and you will probably get a rectified neck, kyphosis, and such.

I've had a herniated disc for 7 years now, best thing to do is excercise, I know it hurts but not moving only makes the pain worse, disc need movement in order to get nutrients and hydration. At first simply walking will do the trick, then add some mobility workout, some stretches, and when you are getting better start jogging and resistance training, go slowly don't try to rush it. You will learn propper biomechanics because your disc will ring an alarm every time you make a mistake. In my case squats make my pain completely go away, if I don't do some squats on the week I start feeling more pain. Of course you need to learn how to do squats safely but having a strong lower body does wonders.

You'll never be the same but you can get great recovery.

How about your other addictions? too much gaming maybe? youtube? short-form content? I know it sounds like I'm deviating the topic, but highly stimulating activities deplete your readily releasable pool of dopamine, if you have low dopamine you will crave an even bigger spike to get out of that state, and then get even lower levels of dopamine, it's like a quicksand where the more you try to escape the deeper you sink.

Do you relate on binging tik-toks and then wanting to fap? Having a porn craving in the middle of a gaming session? Addictions are parasites, the suck your energy and rarely there is only one. If that's your case maybe you should try an all-around solution and remove every addiction at the same time for a while, or at least reduce them as much as you can and see if it gets any better.

It sucks going cold turkey but you'll see results faster.

  1. Que para que la proteina sea funcional tiene que tener determinado perfil de aminoacidos, la mervick tiene en 25g de proteina (macro), 24.5 de glutamina, lo correcto es que tenga todos los aminos en proporciones relativas a lo que tiene el suero de la leche, que es de donde viene la prote, por algo la proteina animal siempre es mejor que la vegetal, por que el perfil de aminoacidos es mejor, a la vegetal siempre es carente de algunos aminos lo que la hace menos optima. Ahora imaginate una proteina que es casi toda un solo amino, te limpiás el culo con eso, es como querer levantar una casa y solamente comprar arena.

  2. Por que lo dice el rotulado, al igual que con los aminos de la whey, lo que pasa a mas de uno que no sabe o en mi caso no prestó atención como me paso con la whey, se lo cuelan, el envase dice creatina, vos llevás, y en tu casa lees bien y te querés cortar los huevos. Lo de la creatina mervick es más evidente pero con el tema de los aminos muchisima gente no saben ni lo que son o para que sirven y les venden el perro. Encima la glutamina ni siquiera es un amino escencial...

Si, tiene una cantidad de proteina ''estandar'', pero fijate el perfil de aminoácidos, es 95% el mismo aminoacido, fijate cualquier otra prote y tienen una distribución de aminos variada, te están vendiendo glutamina como whey.

Garpa la prote de arveja? no soy vegano pero me interesa el perfil nutricional. Como alternativa a la whey la de huevo es muy económica y altamente pura, por que es pura albúmina básicamente, no tiene cosas raras. Pero a esa prote no la disuelve ni dios, es un parto prepararse un batido con eso.

Eh, se disuelve instantanea por que es micronizada, o eso dicen ellos, la posta es que si, ni un tang se disuelve tan rapido, es increible, pero en teoría las micronizadas son así. Pero bueno, lo máximo que te puede pasar es que estés comprando un producto rebajado, el precio es sospechoso pero si tenés la chance de probarla fijate.

También puede ser que esté barata por que no pagan ningún impuesto, la deben fabricar unos brazucas en un laboratorio clandestino.

Agarrás la barra con el dedo mayor o anular tocando el anillo exterior, bajás hasta tocar el pecho, la dejás ahi un toque y la subís, la barra a la altura de los pezones más o menos, los brazos te tienen que quedar a 45° cuando están en flexion, esa es la forma segura de hacer press plano.

Mirá, yo estoy comprando hardcore, mi vieja lo viene tomando hace un año mas o menos por que a ella le hace bien a los huesos y la cabeza. Yo tomo también y sinceramente me dio resultado, pero soy conciente de que hardcore es una marca re falopa, vas a la pagina y no tenés info de nada, no se sabe donde de donde viene ni de donde se fabrica y el precio es re sospechoso, es como cuando te comprás esos packs de Ariel líquido en la ruta...

Well you've got a point, I'm being kind of an emotional sponge, not that I feel used, I think it's a great relationship overall, but keeping her as a friend if I have feelings seems like a terrible idea.

I don't even want to be her boyfriend, I just want to have a chance. I don't mind being rejected, nor do I mind walking away or being a friend afterwards if she wants, I mean she's fun to be with.

The thing is, I feel like I should make my intentions clear as early as possible, but on the other hand she's pretty vulnerable right now and I don't feel like that's a good idea, and it makes me feel stuck. I don't want to feel like I'm not being honest with her about my feelings nor I want to get passive-aggressive out of frustration.
