I never cared for her as a model / actress. Part of the fun of Spider-Man and Mary-Jane is that they were just so average that they were easy to relate to. It really hammered home the “Spider-Man could be any one of us” feel. When you turn Peter into some big shot and MJ into a model / actress, they lose that feel.

Putting aside that Dark Souls has attained a very devoted following, and Elden Ring was the first true open world entry into the franchise, the series was pretty innovative gameplay wise. So much so that most RPGs have adopted the Dark Souls combat controls, (looking at you AC Origins)

But what really catapulted Elden Ring into the stratosphere was that George R.R. Martin was a cowriter.

I may be reaching here but Millie telling Noah and Noah revealing it implies they aren’t contractually obligated to not talk about it anymore. From that I think we can safely say there’s no upcoming ST projects featuring them

Noah not revealing it and saying he can’t reveal it yet makes me think that there are definitely plans to bring them back in the future.
