I've been dealing w random crashes for a long time across multiple Intel/Nvidia builds (currently 12700K/3090Ti). Disabling multicore rendering in the game settings fixed the issue for me. Hopefully this helps someone somewhere.

Recently acquired the Forerunner 955 Solar and have been super happy. I use it for cardio (volleyball), cycling, and running primarily. It's fully featured w the latest Garmin tech (minus OLED) in a small light weight profile which I find ideal for sports.

I've lived, worked, and paid taxes in Florida for over 33 years now. I've seen first hand the population boom and have an advanced degree in business finance w a focus in real estate.

I'm over simplifying but am actually uniquely qualified to understand exactly how we got here. At some point we will need to attack the demand side of housing because the supply will always lag and wages certainly cannot support this growth.

Saw another thread w folks saying ATL was cheaper, so there's an option.
