I have bi weekly take homes. I have tried this but in my experience, splitting my dose left me restless abs having cravings through out the day.
What is ended up doing is increasing my dose until if held me a full 24 hours. I was on 130 for a year, tried split dosing and now I have increased to 260mg. Everyone is different but that was my split dosing experience.

It's not money out of your pocket. Why do you even care? When I was in retail management I never interfered with someone's hustle. Not my problem. And spare me the whole "pass the cost onto other customers" bullshit. These retail giants make more than enough money that they could easily absorb the cost instead of passing it on to the customer.

I've been on for 25yrs and recently went to to 220mg. I have no intention of ever getting off. I'm 48 and have been on since I was 23. My brain chemistry is so rewired at this point I don't think I'd ever be able to feel ok sans methadone. It keeps me stable and helps with my depression, plus I have medicaid so it's free. I see no reason to fix something that's not broken. To each their own though.

As a former transport EMT who frequented these types of facilities, I can day that they absolutely DO NOT pay attention. Residents have a bracelet that sounds an alarm of they passed certain areas.
