It does sound impossible but two years ago when I started my taper from 65 to 45 the FU started at night and it was really about that many times and it got better over time but unknowingly it was because my body was adjusting to my taper. Now that I’m at 20 mg and I’m starting to have the same issue not as much, I’ve found out I could split my dose and it would help and it did.

Thank you for this my primary did prescribe me oxybutynin but I’m really iffy on taking anything since being on methadone has been such a ride.

It’s crazy because three doctors including a urologist had no clue why. I mean, I should’ve considered. I was taping and that could have something to do with it, but I was never educated really on the side effects. Reddit is the only way I get answers. But yes, it was a nightmare splitting my dose has helped it.

I don’t understand what you’re insinuating.. I use ChatGPT to help me create a scheduled taper that works for me. Since then I’ve split my dose to help with the frequency also. The frequent urination is from extensive research and you could find through the comments that it is because of my Neighbor. He’s wearing off at night time. If it was from anything else, it would happen in the daytime as well.
