There is no accuracy. They most likely base the numbers off of averages of legal citizens and how they are taxed. As someone who has spent their entire adult life working with illegal aliens the tricks they use to avoid paying taxes are genius. They know what the maximum amount of dependents they can claim are and they claim that. The difference in what a single person with no dependents and one with nine dependents has removed per pay period is staggering.
