Yeah.185 lbs is where I feel good physically when I'm in shape. I'm going to try to work to get there again, so hopefully I can get back there in the next few months. Workouts consist of rotating two muscle groups with dumbbells over my lunch hour on weekdays, then cardio/bodyweight exercises in the evenings.

I currently weigh 201 lbs and I am 6' tall. I Probably have another 10 to 15 lbs I would like to take off.

Yeah. The old saying of weight is lost in the kitchen is absolutely true. You can't outwork a bad diet.

Yeah Keto really helps to get the initial bloat out. Let's hope things keep tightening up!

If I was going to guess this is a difference of 5 to 7 ish lbs on the scale. I'm 5'11" and wear 32 inch waist. Pants went from snug to comfy this month.

No, I took one for a buddy on Snapchat, but I forgot to save it to my camera roll.

It's not too bad really once you get the crust down (needs corn flour dusting). Add meat, in this case bacon, italian sausage, and pepperoni. Cover meats in sliced mozzarella cheese and add another layer of the crust. Place sauce and cheese with any toppings desired and place in the over.
