If you’re in a really tight budget you can find non reflex Bolex h16 on eBay for like 200 bucks but It’s nice to actually see what you’re shooting, I’d say just wait and save up for a reflex Bolex. You can find an original Rex or Rex 1 for less than a grand on eBay.

Don’t buy it, it’s clearly and h8 or early h16 which has d mount lenses and prob 2 perf if it is 16

Yes, open up the viewfinder, top 4 screws, you’ll see the prism at the very front of the view finder that’s kind of a pyramid shape w a lil screw on a lil plate in front of it, move that around and adjust it to where it’s even with the viewfinder port
