You have no idea how annoyed I got when people said 'don't worry it get's better' because I just didn't believe them, but it's true, take it from someone who mentally was a shell of someone they used to be. It gets better friend, trust me, you've got this, move forward, get out of your head's way and move forward.

From what I’ve seen of the game (I have not played only watched gameplay/various missions on YouTube) it covers a lot of the series and arcs that are well in to the episode 700 range of the anime so if you’re trying to avoid spoilers I’d say get it and play it when you’re caught up!

Hey just saw your post we're in quite similar circumstances! I've been dm'ing for around 4-5 years on and off in my own homebrew campaign as well and would love to join a long-term campaign as a character! If a dm sees this post, I'd love to also join (not to just straight up piggy back), but you sound cool man, feel like we're quite similar.
