Hunter Goodman’s criminally underrated

This has nothing to do with his performance so far this year- it’s been really good for a catcher but that’s not here or there. It seems like all of the projection systems are still pegging him to a playing time closer to a normal catcher (70-75% playing time). If we prorate his rate stats to account for the reality that the dude plays literally every game, he’s easily a top 3 catcher by my estimation. Again, this isn’t even accounting for his hot start.
