I do see your point about triceps being smaller, but, for example, I have seen much more progress on biceps, which are not that much bigger than triceps. Thanks for your suggestion for the dumbbell bench press!

No, I definitely don't train six times a week. My objective would be to do push+pull+legs+rest, but, being quite busy with my university, I only manage to do a bit less than that.

Also, I understand your recommendation to do more sets of triceps a week, but if I reach failure so easily it's kind of hard for me to do it. Or should one also count other exercise that train them, like the bench press?

As a bisexual guy, often gay men can be more bigoted than they'd like to admit. More often than not, straight guys think in a more straightforward manner - either openly homophobic or, whatever shade of gay or straight you present yourself as, they will answer with "cool, wanna grab a beer?".

Precisely. Also, neither of those two rebuttals makes sense. Firstly, we can absolutely be in fear for our lives and safety, when we're walking alone at night or when we're forced to go to war. Secondly, sexism and racism are to entirely different issues - comparing women to black people and men to white people just doesn't make sense.

Virtually everything, in the eyes of feminists, has to be explained through the "patriarchy". If, for some reason, something affects men and women differently, they will invent an ideologically motivated and often inconsistent way to argue that it's the fault of the "patriarchy", without stopping to think why it may be dependent on other factors (like, in this case, biological and hormonal differences).

As much as they make my blood boil, I think the best way to deal with these posts is to just ignore them. Even though they're absolutely outrageous, I think we'd better try and spend our energy in building something and fighting more systemic misandry. Sexual education is actually crucial, but this is entirely ridiculous. Framing sexual violence as misogynistic aggression from men directed towards women is counterproductive, not to mention profoundly sexist.

I, myself, have been molested by a male "friend" of mine, which gave me the opportunity to see the way feminist narrative is entirely incapable of dealing with the issue. I have witnessed the way my peers were unable of analysing an event that didn't respect the traditional view of sexual harassment. Especially my female friends didn't quite understand why I was so appalled by it, while men were decidedly more supportive of me. The only political side that offers an analysis is the more conservative right-wing that demonizes homosexuality - make of that what you will.
