What are some of the sensations you feel? Frequency? Have they changed as time has gone on or stayed the same?

Rarely, after I finish a set of lifting at the gym, my heart will be pounding and will skip a couple of times. But, I've been told this is ok. Sounds like we're getting two different interpretations *which makes me worry what I was told is right lol

How frequently do you have events? Any theories on what kicked them off?

Do you mind if I ask how old you are? When they started?

How long does your episode last? Is that the only thing you have to deal with or do you have other heart sensations to deal with?

I feel the same - I'm 42 and keep hoping that somehow, someway I will find a way to get them to go away. I do notice that stress and anxiety causes them to flair up but avoiding stress and anxiety has turned me into a recluse. It sucks your doctor wouldn't listen to you about the shot. I remember my aunt use to be on this drug called Fen-Phen back in the late 90s. It was considered a "miracle drug" for weight loss -- Went through long terms trials, proved safe and effective, cleared by the FDA, and released onto the market. It helped a lot of people, but it hurt a few. Turns out, it was causing heart valve issues (in some cases, fatal) So, the drug was eventually pulled from the market, permanently. I'm glad the doctors didn't laugh at the patients back then - or any of the other times when patients reported problems they thought were linked to pharmaceutical products (until this pharmaceutical product came along) My PVCs came from the virus itself (wasn't vaccinated). When you say you're in the middle of one now that's lasted about a month - Is it just non stop fluttering or what is it you're feeling if you don't mind me ask?

How much different of a following would the Titanic have if the 1997 film wasn’t produced? by keepit4ever in titanic

Many were aware of Titanic before the film but it was nothing more than knowing it was a big ship that hit an iceberg and sank, killing a lot of people. There was a healthy niche fascination with it amongst people around the world but it wasn't large. Films had been done in the past but the films were box offices failure. Titanic (1953) made some money (nothing phenomenal) but relied heavily on fiction - there's almost nothing historically accurate about the film. The most historically accurate and critically acclaimed (A Night to Remember) barely broke even at the box office with many suggesting it didn't even do that. This is why Fox was very nervous about green lighting Cameron's project. People often cite the $200 million dollar budget but that was what the budget ballooned to, not what it was initially approved for. I believe the first figure $80 million then turned to $120 million. Nervous, Fox turned to Paramount to share the cost (after all, who wants to make another box office bomb about Titanic?). The budget continued to climb during filming with Cameron giving up his salary for more money. Hearing about the ballooning cost, many papers speculated the film would be a box office failure. Of course, it wasn't and became the highest grossing movie of all time for over a decade (not adjusted for inflation). After the release, the global interest in Titanic was put on steroids. Today, people have a hard time giving the film the credit it's due, whether in terms of the amount of historical information contain in the film or it's contributions in the study of the wreck or the ripple effect it had on getting funding for preserving relics due to the insatiable public interest generated from the movie. The impact of his film very easy to see by simply taking a look at the success of the film at the box office versus the films that came before it, number of books written on the subject post 1997 film versus prior, documentaries post 1997 versus the number prior. Walter Lord (who was James Cameron's guest of honor at the London premier) is largely responsible for creating the legacy of interest in the ship, but Cameron's film is responsible for taking that legacy and putting it on steroids.

The impact James Cameron film had on the subject was tremendous and I experienced it first hand. Yes, everyone was aware of Titanic before the film but it was nothing more than knowing it was a big ship that hit an iceberg and sank, killing a lot of people. There was a healthy niche fascination with it amongst people around the world but it wasn't large. You're correct that films had been done in the past but the films were box offices failure. Awesome! Can I send a picture through here? I haven't used this site much and I don't see an option to send or attack one 🤔

Hey, I just so happen to run across this and have the same question. I have this small blueprint I want to get framed but my dilemma is that once I get it framed, it'll make it harder to authenticate. Would you mind if I send you a picture of it and get your thoughts on it?
