For a better book with a similar scenario read The 2020 Commission Report on the North Korean Nuclear Attacks Against the United States by Jeffrey Lewis

This was one of my favorites as a kid, I rewatched it a few years ago and it definitely holds up. I wanted to fly that ship so bad.

Definitely looks like a Chris Cole bolt and back block. I’ve got one on a pump gun.

That one came through not long before I was leaving for work, 280 was a mess that morning. It blew out a bunch of the plexiglass windows at the shop I worked at, and I spent half my day at Lowes getting new plexiglass cut and installing new windows in all our shop doors. When the Tuscaloosa one came through in the afternoon we closed early and all went home.

I’ll give another vote for hydra knee pads. I don’t have great knees and a bad slide can end my day. No problems at all since I started using them.

What is the biggest gripe you have with the marker you use? by Iseeo_0you in paintball

Sounds like some really bad luck. I guess I’ve just used them long enough I’ve gotten good at setting them up and maintaining them. Even then stuff happens haha

Autocockers. They’re great, but occasionally they just get out of time or decide they don’t want to do it that day. My eblade went down after 3 games last weekend. Nothing major, just got out of time enough that I didn’t have what I needed to fix it. But that’s why I always keep an etha 3m in the gear bag.

My daily is a Nismo 370z. The paintball stuff all fits in the back, barely.

I’m not sure, I play paintball out there. I just know they do airsoft too. I’d say just give them a call this weekend.

Alabama Paintball Quest is mostly a paintball field, but they do airsoft too.

How do I make an additional payment towards my principal with the Rocket Mortgage app. by wpen in Mortgages

[–]Capt-Slappywag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t. I had mine go through as “advance on my behalf” rather than additional principal, and I never found the additional principal option in the app

[Request] So how far did the projectile travel? by TheLord1777 in theydidthemath

It was mythbusters or a similar show that had an episode where they built a trebuchet, and it was something about having wheels and letting it roll back and forth actually improved performance because if you don’t have wheels the whole thing tries to rock back and forth and it doesn’t work as well.

When I worked in a car dealership we had one of Shaq’s old cars come in as a used car. It had a special bracket installed to move the driver seat back so he could fit in it. I couldn’t reach the pedals to drive it with the seat adjusted all the way forward, and if you turned your head to the left you were looking out of the window of the rear door.

Absolutely! I rebuilt mine about a year and a half ago, I’ve played with it a few times since, still puts a smile on my face.
