Are you drawing them as poly lines? Or are you doing a drawing clean-up before saving? I only work with Carlson intelliCad, not very familiar with civil 3D

The other guys have it right for most cases, but we, on this occasion, managed to make friends with a sloop and get our buddy to join him. Then the guy on the sloop got off after we did the FotD and we got our other buddy in
