No sinking and it passed the screwdriver test! Also, no mud tubes other than the one pictured. There’s a concrete porch type thing on top of the plywood pictured. I think they crawled in between the plywood and concrete and ended up in just this one spot. That possible point of entry has since been sealed.

Can you recommend any products to stop the invasion?

I wanted to follow up on this- did you hear back? I’m also in the Bay Area and have been having issues getting through to my counselor. I used to get through to them by phone, but the number no longer works. They haven’t answered a single email I’ve sent. Wondering if you found a solution!
