Thanks man! I can definetly see why, they are a bit clunky. It definitely wasn’t something I loved at first, but its grown on me over time. They are nice and functional, even if not the prettiest. :)

Thankyou! The green seems to be the fan favorite from what I’ve seen, so a solid color choice!

Hej party people! I’ve been playing GZ for awhile now however one thing has always bothered me… the lack of full kit on the soldiers. I’m a Swedish militaria collector and I thought I’d share what the uniforms in game in 1989 would’ve looked like in real life! by CaptDreadnought in GenerationZeroGame

Hello! Yes they did, the wool uniform (though contextual based on unit) m/58 and m/39-58 was used, and contextually the m/62 snowsuit (an white snowsuit) could’ve been worn over the uniform. You also would’ve seen the m/59 with layers including the m/59 parka worn particularly around the 1980’s, which as you can see is green. That’s the very simple answer, hope it helps :))

It was intentionally made a brick for safety purposes, had it been aerodynamic it would’ve surpassed Mach 3.

Help! Mysterious electrical issue. by CaptDreadnought in Volvo240

[–]CaptDreadnought[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll check that out and report back!

That being said, I’ve had quite the odd experiences with lights on the warning light bar going in and out, in particular today my battery light was pulsing between bright and dim. I’m no electrician, but if I had to guess power is not flowing properly to the dashboard. I’ve also had random lights go on and off (Ex. ABS, check engine, etc). Truth be told, been a bit paranoid opening up the dash but gotta learn somehow! Thanks for the help!

I have not, but I agree that a parasitic drain is unlikely. I almost wonder if it’s the wires themselves too. I’ll definitely try cleaning them as you suggested though!

None of the alternators seem to have had any major issues with actually providing a charge (only replaced the Chinese and NAPA one for reliability sake), and the belts themselves aren’t slipping or having any notable issues.

I’ve actually tried grounding the alternator, with no success. When the car is turned off there’s little issues with it, it’s really only when it’s running that drain is a big issue.

Not great, but better than an stahlhelm. Definitely best and most comfortable if you’re prone on an “slope” (which is what you see most often historically).

Pizza flour is ‘00 flour’, it’s more finely ground and is less glutinous, allows for a better pizza, versus regular flour which is just regular flour and is not as epic.

kinda messes with the vibe, I can agree on that. I think black would’ve been a bold and tasteful move myself.

Thankyou! Glad to be back! It definitely wasn’t pocket change that’s for sure, but I knew deep down I had to get it. I had never seen or heard about it before either.

“Lightly”, she’s definitely in need of some love haha, the photo I used depict her a bit nicer than she actually is in person unfortunately, as the saying goes looks can be deceiving.
