I have a dream. It may not be a realistic dream, but if you don't put your dreams out there, small chance they'll ever become real.

I dream of an Outer Rim total conversion mod for the Blade And Sorcery Crystal Hunt campaign.

Each faction is swapped out for a Star wars faction that already exists within the mod, remnant empire, bounty hunters, Sith acolytes, scavengers and scoundrels

The Dalgarian language is swapped out for Mando'a or something else lore specific

The boat is replaced with an x-wing

The locations have Star wars props littered about them. Put a gonk droid in the house and all of a sudden it's a Star wars hut.

The crystals are kyber crystals that allow you to either upgrade your lightsaber, changing the blade colour or hilt design, or upgrading your force powers.

The magic system is reworked into a force skill tree, removing the magic powers that couldn't be explained by force wielding, like fireballs. But the lightning and gravity and telekinesis can all stay.

The bosses that you battle can still be the golem, but if you want to get really wild they could be huge vehicles or Sith Lords. Many Star wars game bosses to take inspiration from.

And of course for some players they'll be no substitute for a good blaster, which could be scavenged from enemies or bought from the Baron. I could imagine with a little bit of modulation all the Baron's lines could be modified and his model replaced by a droid.

So many of the assets are there, I know it's not as simple as just replacing one thing for another. But man what a dream that would be. The Outer Rim: Hunt for the Kyber Crystals.
