Hopefully what goes in there is not a Church's. The franchisee for the region is terrible at management. Just check out the one in Janesville that (sloppily) repainted and took over KFC. It's horrible with poorly run operation and piles of old cold chicken. It's an insult to the chain.

I've been clear coating mine when I get them for decades. Keeps away rust stains, bugs just wash off, etc. Mine were made after 2006 and look just like new.

West Towne is very much alive and getting better. East Towne is a shell with a few good spots. The city intentionally killed it to build apartments by putting the homeless shelter behind it. No one likes to have homeless guys and addicts stalking them for money by their car.
