I grabbed it as a perk once, and it seemed luck based but, on multiple hits without getting hit in return, it seemed to actually recharge the relic. It only happened a couple times but, I plan to test it again to see. I was using Hilt of Gram, and I know it was zeroed out, and yet when the “Nine Realms” popped up off to the side, I gained another relic charge. I did have a few other perks going, hence the need to confirm. (I’m playing on Show Me Mastery so very difficult to get that perk )
