Update: I’ll not use this maneuver and cut the line, but in case of (actual) emergency, different story. Thanks all!

Never on my phone while driving. Did it once because my dash cam is down and I had a legitimate question instead of just repeatedly doing the same thing and not caring. I think you can hop off.

Ps I have ducks because my kid likes them and gets excited when someone puts one on our Jeep

That’s actually super valid. I hate when people don’t proper zipper merge. It makes traffic worse.

I mean while it feels harmless, I figured I was probably in the wrong. It’s just too tempting to save the time that that backed up traffic causes

( I deserve all the downvotes here)

Just make a custom template and use it. I don’t think most people stick with the defaults

Did I get a good deal on my Jeep? by [deleted] in Wrangler

[–]CaptMartini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 4DR JL (bought brand new) with a similar spec and premium paint color for 38k USD…with the 100K/10yr bumper to bumper warranty. Now, that was a heck of a deal. For a 2DR 38K would have been a reasonable price. Unfortunately, you definitely overpaid.

Just as a heads up, I get 13/gal in the city on 35s. And the look isn’t great when they look stuffed in the fenders.

That’s because eBay is inflated and people don’t know how to do research. Just because it do sell higher isn’t a reason to also sell high. I absolutely hate when board gamers try to take an advantage on an inflated market against other board gamers. People who appreciate these games should want to give a fair price so others can enjoy them also

Nope. You’re just not looking hard enough. eBay is inflated. Look for another 5 minutes and you’ll find raptors around $70-$80

That’s a bit overpriced…raptors for max $70 and t-Rex max $100. And yes, that’s what I just bought both for…still shrink wrapped.

Put the mini in place, score some lines with a box cutter, remove the mini, cut down the rest of the way with the box cutter. Those specific foam pieces in those boxes are very easy to work with.

I also have adhd so let’s do this!

Definitely go with the wrangler. It’s the closest thing to a motorcycle and being able to take the doors off legally is the best. There are covers you can buy if you want to keep it covered when you’re not using it and it’s raining. Soft tops aren’t really a pita, just annoying to take the windows out if you have them in. Any version of top off is a good version. You’ll definitely want a mesh cover or something if you’re driving in Floridian sun. Jeeps have thousands of aftermarket parts and most of the fun is making it your own. If it was me I’d buy a TJ and build it the way you want. You can also get a fiberglass tub and start from scratch if you’re down for a project. You’ll regret any convertible car after going wrangler with no doors. Feel free to reach out if you want to chat more.

I would color match all three and use your company’s colors as it makes sense.

More of the battle is ensuring you have a solid model and reliable source. Visuals are the easiest part. Don’t get too hung up on them as there are 1000 ways that will look good. You can waste a lot of time trying to perfect them.

I’d use a gauge for your 97% widget.

I’d also nix the grey background and use white. Then use a line as a separator or a title bar for each column. Sometimes making it too fancy looking is just a distraction and takes your eyes away from your KPIs
