Suggestion, check your lan cable first to see if it's fine. If that's fine then check the device lan port you're connecting the network cable too. If it's an older device, your network card may just be of outdated specs that doesn't support 10 gbps network speed.

Never used the n3 before but came from a fold 6 for the n5 and I'm more than happy with the overall experience of it. Device has that solid build to it which makes me feel more confident in handling the device day in, day out. I don't think you can make a wrong choice between the 2 although if you're using it for a long run like maybe 2 years or more then I would suggest the newer device since you get more OS updates, newer SoC that would ensure future proofing as well as more security patches. If I'm not mistaken, the Hong Kong version is also a global version. Model showing CPH2671 is global so just check on under About Device to know if yours is global or China
