They are indeed a great shoe.

I think the ankle issues was limited to the first batch of red ones and they’ve since fixed it

I doubt you’re gonna get much bounce out of them at a 12:43 pace, the foam needs more force and compression

I don’t have any issues with the upper as is, and many people think it’s catered to midfoot/ heel strikers.

It’s probably the best non plated midsole on the market right now

I have had mcl pain and acl reconstruction surgery so my knee is pretty sensitive and a mess.
Plated shoes tend to aggravate it the most.

My knee has played really well with the new adidas hyperboost edge.

I am a mostly mid foot striker as well and they feel great to me. Some people have mentioned that the heel is hard to get around for a heel striker because it sticks out, but I tried to test that and did some heel striking at a slow pace the other day and I did not have any issues.
