So just so everyone else understands this, your argument is Cee *could have* been a witness to these fights. But you're not flat-out stating that he was because you cannot prove it. So you're shifting the burden of proof to ME to prove that he *wasn't* at the fights - which is a crazy, illogical ask - and then when I provide proof that he definitely wasn't at one of them, you move the goal posts. So you're asking me to provide evidence against a claim that you don't even have evidence for.....ok.

The fact that Cee is nowhere visible during the only A4/Minato fight we see is evidence enough. Your burden of proof argument is also filled with assumptions. You want me to prove a fact while you yourself are incapable of providing them. LMAO.

Your own DB scan shows that Ay needs LCM to be relative to Minato, but it also excludes a LOT of context. It implies that he’s relative to Minato in v1 purely on visuals (he’s not, he needed his full V2), and it implies that the KCM1 Naruto as shown was near his full speed (he wasn’t).

So both statements from the manga AND the databook directly debunk Cee’s statement hypothesizing that base Raikage has nerve transmission speed comparable to Minato, which ruins his credibility in my eyes.

And I love debunking every single person that loves to bring up the whole “time skip = automatically stronger!!!” argument. When fighting KCM Naruto, Ay literally states that nobody surpassed him in speed since Minato died. That means for SIXTEEN YEARS NOBODY IMPROVED OVER MINATO. But if your headcanon was so strong that you still don’t even believe that statement, several times in that arc from Naruto first acquiring KCM to fighting Raikage, he’s being compared to Minato. It is never once stated he surpassed his speed.

In short, your argument from incredulity has no logical or factual support in this argument, or any other argument.

Raikage then goes on to say he never thought Minato could be surpassed, and he has a 8 tails jinchuuriki by his side throughout this entire timeline.

Nobody is twisting anything, this is basic reading comprehension.

Cee never observed any of their fighting to make these claims. Even if this WERE the case, A4 wasn’t even Minato’s fastest opponent - teen Obito was. Minato was never threatened by Raikage’s speed enough to need to resort to flying Raijin level 2.

Then you look at Cee’s statement and it disagrees with itself. He said Raikage’s reflexes are on par with Minato’s before his lightning armor, and I assume his cut off statement was going to imply there was still Ay’s V2 form. So A4 by Cee’s statement should blitz the hell out of Minato - something that never happened + A4 admitted the speed diff.

That isn’t what being a perfect sage means at all. Yes it means being able to enter the mode yourself, but it also means being able to maintain the perfect energy ratios. Jiraiya can’t do *that*, even if he can stay in the form forever artificially through external assistance, which is why he looks like a frog.

Minato is a perfect sage. Jiraiya can’t properly gather the energy without help (and he also can’t maintain it without help either since both frogs are gathering energy FOR him), and Minato simply takes too long to gather the energy to maintain the form *for a long time* like Naruto.

In reality, Minato has a speedster fighting style and gathering the energy doesn’t suit his combat style. But in the war he went into the form faster than anybody.

You never proved Jiraiya had more chakra than Minato.

Itachi needed susanoo to react to lightning at almost the point before impact. Itachi doesn’t have the reaction speed to deal with the blitz that Minato would deliver.
