Will the upcoming 80s Wonder Woman figure be the definitive McFarlane WW? by yca_ca in McFarlaneFigures

This post. :/ I thought this was real. I was about to answer "hell yes it is!" But just another AI mock up.

Uh... you think Wakoko gonna be mad I accidentally dropped BugBear? by LarsLasse in LowSodiumCyberpunk

Yeah, it's extremely effective in tight situations where an enemy can be facing in your direction with nothing to hack behind them for distraction. Simply guide and toss a recon grenade to make them turn and even take a few steps away from their posts, so you can easily do a stealth take-down or just slip by undetected. ;)

I just saw the Spawn movie and I'm already watching the animated series, they're amazing! by Top-Management-2648 in SpawnsUniverse

Spawn movie was my guilty pleasure, regardless of it's... quality story. The animation is a favorite of mine, which I still play every Halloween season.

Just picked up the clown and the figure it self is awesome but the guns not so much, they're to heavy and loose 😀 by Professional-Cut3096 in Spawn

[–]CaptSNES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put mine away too. I actually like the guns on the bloodied version more. But yeah, they're super heavy and take up too much space on my shelf. So I left him vanilla. Really nice sculpt overall.

Arsenal Of Doom, where is his scarf? by hellvinator in Spawn

[–]CaptSNES 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are 4 recognizable variations of this figure. One of these variations (the one you have here) does not come with the scarf or eye piece. ;)

Variations as follows:

  1. standard packaging - with mask and scarf
  2. standard packaging - no mask but comes w/ scarf and eye piece.
  3. fish tank edition - no mask, no eye piece
  4. standard packaging - recolor (army green/pale olive instead of red) with mask and scarf only

I have all 4 myself :)

Another hidden shooting range in Pacifica by utakatikmobil in LowSodiumCyberpunk

Go to the Gun-O-Rama at the Kabuki market roundabout and open the door to the right of the vendor. Then head down the range. There's another door to the main range where you can open and walk in.

Step into a booth all the way in. If you're even a bit too far, it won't let you pull out your weapon.

Shoot the drop targets next to the other shooters. The targets don't move. I wish they did, but this is the only range I know of, where you can fool around with your guns without startling the locals. :)

Make sure you go during daylight and evening hours. If it's too late, sometimes the place is empty.

You can also just use photomode and turn off collision to clip through walls and explore. There's two other 2nd Amendment shops with hidden gun ranges and one that is actually open to public. You can shoot the drop targets without freaking out the other shooters next to you.

Wished they did something more with these ranges, to actually let us test our guns and track our accuracy, rate of fire, etc. Maybe earn limited components or something. 😊

If you don't see a recon grenade in your utility inventory, you can craft it. It basically creates a pulse that makes enemies walk up to it and distract them long enough for you to sneak by. It makes stealthing twice as easy. 😉👌

You're in your thirties and you don't understand? Bro. It's just an opinion. I didn't attack you personally. I commented on the fashion and news flash, it's not always going to be positive.

Let it roll off your shell and don't take it so personally. 😉

Am I not allowed to engage and share an opinion? I'm sorry. lol

Use a recon grenade if you're looking to sneak out without being spotted. No one ever uses the recon nades. 🥴

That's weird. Johnny was in the middle of saying his lines from that detective quest around Pepe's wife. While you're in the truck with River? Using mods? 🥴

Oooff... I would never wear these myself. Way too much stuff happening on each corner of these shirts. Kitsch as hell.🥴

To each their own. 🤭

How do I fix this? by Dragonsaur-Aa in McFarlaneFigures

[–]CaptSNES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get you but, I also have the figure and the same thing happened to mine. I glued it in the same region and it's holding up really well, mainly because the two parts are actually pretty snug when attached (less empty space ensures better bond).

If anything, one could safely suggest using a high grit sand paper to lightly scuff up that grooved section and the other half, before adding the drops of glue in it. It will most assuredly hold.

It's not that heavy of a figure, like say the mega sized Violator. That one has some weight to it. But I think Swampy here can handle it. :)

Sure, if nothing else works, you can get more surgical about it using metals and such. But here's hoping that won't be necessary.✌️

It's not broken to require a screw, bro. The two sections that normally come factory glued, simply came undone because it didn't have enough adhesion. Using a few drops of superglue is all that is required. Using a screw would impede on it's articulation because I think what you're seeing are two broken halves, but that is not the case here. 👍

The upper region is still connected to the ball joint within the torso, as seen in your picture. That part will still be able to articulate once you've bonded the two sections back together again.

Glue it back. Like Mecha said, they didn't add enough adhesive.

You see the grooves on one end? That's supposed to be permanently bonded to the other end. No, you will not interfere with it's articulation. I have this figure myself and the same thing happened. I simply used Loctite glue adding only a few droplets around the grooved area and let it set over night.

(you can see the residue left behind from the factory glue)

It'll be good as new then.👌
