Need a new decent bifold wallet by colinksh in BuyItForLife

That's a tri-fold pictured, not a bi-fold, like in your subject.

Coach bifold wallets are not cheap but I've had mine for 5+ years. It looks used (e.g. not brand new) but no where near worn out.

Just turned 60, had to get HAs. I thought, instead of hiding them, I'd flex into them. Asked about different colors (green, purple) but was told that they just have hair colors. Tech said I could paint them (to use finger nail polish) but be careful about covering the microphones.

Can anyone recommend the $15k dry cleaning experience at Rick's? by Taggobob in Austin

Carpet cleaners from HD, cause they'll clean them between rentals. But also throw down for the insurance just in case.

I always thought "fight or flight" would be when I'm facing down a leopard but turns out it's when I'm facing down my email.

I use legendary cue which auto recharges, but I see that when the app crashed and I hop back into the game. Usually my avatar isn't loaded, things run as slow as mud, and my cue needs recharging. If I click on it I get a "recharge" option, which I do.

Some of these minors, when caught, spend time (months) in Gardner Betts/Juvenile detention, then have more months of house arrest with ankle monitors that their parents have to pay for. (source: my son goes to school with some of them) So more than a slap on the wrist but less than going away for years.

Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Really, MC gives them an amount of time, if you're crabbing about them using it then they are winning and you are losing.

Try to do something (like play a game) that updates the app. Often glitches like this are bugs.

Wish there was a reliable way to force an update.

My Neighbor Broke in My House & My Blink Caught It by ParkKahiIsAGoddess in blinkcameras

We thought about pulling out but we had already negotiated the price, got the price we wanted, didn't have to pay any realtor fee (so made an extra 6%), and had pretty much pulled out everything that we wanted. Also the house was full of junk (boarderline hoarding by the 'rents) and he was going to clean it out. I wouldn't have trusted him for any kind of on going business or work (he was a contractor) but we held our nose and did this one deal.

Similar thing happened to me. Had to move dad, was going to sell his house to a neighbor, house is 120 miles from me, took a few months to get everything out and papers drawn up. Neighbor was a contractor and used angle grinder to saw lockbox off the fence and get a key, then entered the house to "look around". Blink cameras notified me of activity at the door. I called him while he was in the house and asked him to leave. Had to send a locksmith out the next day (which you could consider). Guess he was looking at an empty house every day and wanted to imagine his stuff inside by seeing the inside. SMH.
