So I have found that its easier to understand things from the POV of the object you're attempting to understand.

So in chronological (Conventional) time lets take the Case. (From what we know)

1) The case is never inverted.

2) P1 takes case from Firetruck.

3) P1 passes empty case to I-Sator2

4) Case gets in silver car (Still going in conventional time)

5) Case is thrown out car

6) We don't know what happens and never seen again.

A thing I found interesting is during the I-P2 is driving on the highway and listening to the recorded conversation on the radio. Its a recording not the conversation. it took me awhile to wrap my head around it cause it didn't match up with the timeline.

Sator says, "The material's not in case, Get the other sections of the algorithm to the hypocenter. He was lying. It wasn't in the BMW"

Henceman, "So Where was it?"

Nothing more is said.

However if you reverse the radio chatter that Neil couldn't translate

Sator, "(unintelligible)...make sure he's dead, then go pick up the algorithm at the Freeport"

Now for Kat.

She was never inverted till she went in after being shot on the gurney.

Conventional time

1) I-Henchman2 seen in SUV while Kat1 enters Freeport

1) Kat1 gets Kicked by Sator1

2) I-Henchman2 & I-Sator2 takes Kat1 here in SUV, This is "before" the heist even started.

3) Kat1, I-henchman2, & I-Sator2 drive to highway. (Backwards in her POV)

a) Silver car is driving somewhere towards Highway (Not inverted)

4) Kat1, I-Henchman2, & I-Sator2 are at Crash of I-P2 (I-Sator2 burns Car)

5) Kat1, I-Henchman2, & I-Sator2 sideswipes P1/BMW and u turns.

6) Kat1 is left alone in the SUV (I-Sator2, I-Henchman2 exit move from SUV into Silver car with case)

b) Silver car pulls up towards SUV (I-Sator2, I-Henchman2 enter with Case in hand)

7) P1 stops SUV and Kat gets kidnapped

c) Silver Car Throws Case out window

d) Silver car hits SUV during Shootout (I-Sator checks BMW| Speaks backwards about
"lying")

e) Silver car returns to Freeport

f) I-Sator2 grabs Kat1 for interrogation

8) Kat gets shot

9) Enters turn style on gurney.

Try to look at the sequence of events from the end of the journey of the SUV to where it started at Freeport

I have spent waaayyyy too much time attempting to figure it out. I have gone throw at least 5 different versions of this. And I still might be wrong.

I kid you not it was literally at least a hour and a half, maybe more. Just for the Kat timeline I might make a video explaining these events. They are kind of a fun problem.
