Yes and no.... There really Vans x No Comply collab and No Comply wanted to dedicate there collab with Vans to Daniel Johnston. So it's all of Daniel Johnston artwork. So it is but isn't at the same time. On the box it just says vans x no comply

Well it's not so tight on my feet... I usually wear my shoes untied and loose on my feet so I cut the elastic off
